Important Note:

In Lisbon we only accept 3 nights minimum stay.

- There is a City Tax in Lisbon that must be paid, according to Lisbon Municipality legislation and it is as follows: 

"In addition to the listed price there is a Tourist City Tax sleep of one Euro (€1) per night per Guest from 13 years, increased to seven nights."

This tax should be paid by the Guest on check-in to our Collaborator and we will send it to Lisbon Municipality.

• Rates/night for Apartment, including VAT. These rates do not include Breakfast.

• All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using the existing bedding.

• One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot, subject to confirmation by the owner.

• Extra beds are not available. A sofa-bed is available in the living room.

• Check in: 3 p.m. – 9 p.m.

• Check-out: until 12.00 a.m.

• Pets are not allowed.
